21 days for one inbox, starting the moment you connect it. No card is asked for, and nothing is charged automatically.
After the trial
Warm-up pauses. Your inboxes, history and placement evidence stay where they are. Subscribe when you are ready, at $8 per inbox each month, and warm-up picks up again.
Managed Google inbox
An optional add-on for teams that want a new inbox without setting anything up. InboxPrep registers a domain for you, or uses one you already own, creates a Google Workspace mailbox on it, and shows the sign-in details in your dashboard.
What it includes
- A Google Workspace mailbox on the domain, ready to sign in to
- Domain registration and DNS handled for you
- The mailbox password and sign-in code available to an organization administrator in the dashboard
- Warm-up for the managed inbox, if you want it, at the usual per-inbox price
What it costs

Mailbox and warm-up together come to $13 per month. Managed inboxes and domains are not covered by the free trial.
Billing questions
How am I billed?
Monthly, in USD, per inbox. You choose how many inboxes your plan covers from Billing in the dashboard; adding one is charged when you add it.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing in the dashboard. The subscription runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops. Warm-up pauses, and your inboxes, history and placement evidence stay.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable tax.
Does the free trial need a card?
No. The trial covers one inbox for 21 days, starts when you connect that inbox, and never turns into a charge on its own.
