What is sent from my inbox?
Ten short, plain warm-up emails a day from day one, and half that on Saturdays and Sundays, plus about one test email a day so we can see where it lands. Every one of them goes to an inbox InboxPrep operates. Nothing is ever sent to your contacts, and you can read every message in your dashboard.
Who replies to them?
Only inboxes InboxPrep operates. Your inbox is never paired with another customer’s. Replies are short, at most one per thread, and they show up in your dashboard like everything else.
What access does InboxPrep need, and what does it do with it?
Gmail asks for mail access through Composio, the connection service that holds the authorization; Outlook asks for permission to read and send mail and to identify the mailbox. InboxPrep uses that access to send its warm-up emails, to send one reply per thread, and to find the messages it sent itself, which it recognises by a private header and reads as metadata only. It does not read your other mail, contacts or calendar, it cannot delete anything, and it never stores your password or provider tokens. You can remove the access from your Google or Microsoft account at any time.

When do I get an inbox rate, and is placement guaranteed?
A percentage appears after 20 checks, which is about day 20 of your 21-day trial at one check a day. Before that you see a count, such as 6 of 7 in the inbox. Every result is what we observed when a test email arrived, not a guarantee of where any future email will land.
